1: The name of the toon you want to join The Kindred with.
Example

2: What level is your toon.

3: Are you froob or do you pay (which expansions do you have access to)
Paying with all expansions.

4: How did you hear about The Kindred.
I saw the recruitment post on the AO forum.

5: What time are you most likely to be online. (for recruiting oportunity, times in GMT please)
10am-11pm

6: What are you looking for in The Kindred and how do you think you can contribute to the org.
A place with a nice atmosphere, where you can joke and have fun and team together to do stuff.

7: Have you read the Rules and agreed on them?
