Vincent Delage lived in luxury and security with his father, mother in law and brother in Var. A planet famous for its touristic resorts, mineral resources and military research. At the age of 24, as he was to marry Provence Leoni and complete the management school of Lutece, he left to join a rebellion led by an ex general, Jaques Duval preparing a coup d'etat against the acting Sol banking CEO who disregarded his citizen in front of luxury revenues.

Vincent's father, Ange Delage, disapproved his choice but still gave Boltgun the best implants and armor he could to help him survive.

During the rebellion Boltgun, as he was called, became Duval's right arm and led the most difficult assaults against Sol Banking troopers, disregarding the human losses. Unfortunately, the rebellion cost the life of Boltgun's fianc?e and father. He then turned against his ex comrades before fleeing the planet.

Boltgun reached Rubi Ka, after living in poverty he was hired by Kirum, a bureaucrat looking to reinforce his fresh organization The Kindred. He then worked for various contractors, including RUR, for money.

When Jobe opened the portal to the shadowlands, surprise came as Paul Delage, then nicknamed Chainsword, manifested himself.

After Toog's election as Newland's mayor, he joined the Newland City Council for several years as Defense Minister. He enforced Yarko's manifesto, maintaining the city's independence by preventing Omni Pol and Clan operation within the city.

He was arrested by the Sol Banking Investigator Bergondi and took back to Var. But hopefully he escaped captivity. The planet didn't go well after the rebellion, it lost a lot of his charm and Duval didn't do a good job leading it. His presence caused rebel groups to start fighting again and with the help of Alexanderw, Boltgun fought Duval's mens and handed the planet back to Sol Banking.

Sent back to Rubi Ka in a container, Boltgun made it back to Newland and offered his help to the city council again by applying as a science minister. Even if he have little to no scientific abilities, he plan to use his experience to contract third party scientific teams and engineers to stimulate research and bring technical help to the City Council's goals.
