Toons 200+ can pull a 2nd daily mish from the Elite npc, but most of these require a team to do them. Some of the Prisoners are relatively easy, and it turns out you can keep pulling mishs until you get the prisoner ya want (Diseased seemed pretty easy, but maybe there's even better one to pull).
As long as you have the "talk to Warden..." mish running, you can keep deleting the "kill prisoner" mish and re-pulling it till get one that suits ya
