That really was an interesting piece on Eve...wonder what the effect RL money/cred farmers have on AO's market, and game in general?  tbh, when I came back in game some months ago, I found that the game market had left me way behind... 4yrs ago I thought the 50m I had was alot, but certainly not anymore.  I wanted to start new alts and was faced with choice of spending my 1st month(s?) of playtime farming creds, playing poorly equipped toons, or buying creds...and I decided that buying 250m was a good choice for me, and have been happy playing well equipped lower lvl toons and making creds at my own pace.

Anyway, hope your enjoying China... your gf is a beautiful young woman, but more importantly, is she a gamer??

Back in France, we have our new appartment together and, by luck, there is a monthly fee wifi. So I'll be back ingame a lot faster then expected (as soon as we're done opening the cardboard boxes). Also studies are resuming Monday.

I'm having a terrible time getting used to azerty keyboards again.

Also about creds. There have been a few sinks and no inflation. But the big change is that the good equipment is acquired through raiding or arena pvp, pvp being worth trying now, and so creds are only meaningfull in acquiring the last gear of the game (ai armor and ql300 symbs) and they can still be acquired through raiding or farning.

Leveling is bad however, devs are working on it but you need support badly to raise your char at this moment. You need money to equip yourself too but for now lower levels being a desert you'll better off running to 175 and gear up on pvp rewards before moving higher.

And yes she's a gamer, we bought two psp and ruining dragons in Monster Hunter. Hard to get her in AO on the other hand.

Was hard to leave China, it was nice there.

creds in ao need total overhaul -> instanced cities and nodrop only stuff is a step forward thus i have to mention that i bought my mixture (or was it cloth?) for creds, only 50m, shortly after times it went up for 500m... on the other hand if all things are to be farmed it makes func of money ingame to be very low.

for the leveling thing, ao needs more questlike things and proffesion specific solo mishes (and other than run-gank team ones).

and maybe tell your suppose you will do this naughty things to her for every ao-ding she scores? (i know you would)
