From what I have read on friday with means, you'll be able to buy an orbital city even if you have a normal city.

I have no number about costs and all but we have no trouble paying our 23m rent currently, it will be done automaticaly from org bank after the next patch cycle.

I don't know how buffs will work, if they stack or something but if we can afford it with our /org bank, it will be our chance to get the missing benefits : large hq for example.
I don't see this as essential because we're losing only 8 abilities, for the tradeskills 5 minutes on neutvoice gets you to borrow one from another org, but what do you think of it ?

You know all we miss is 300 HQ and small benefits from a pool.
