Okay, I just had a terrible month and had little time to get online. But now I'm done with the worst works I had to do so I'll be more available.

On the other hand, I want to know how it's hanging ingame. Is The Kindred is have online members most of the time? Is there someone recruiting?

Because at this moment it look quite boring, and I'm a bit tired to wait on lft to get some action (no matter the char) while FC is still NOT delivering any learning curve or balance or engine they promised.

So, calling all Kindreds, what are you doing? Your account is active? You plan something?

mostly playing WoW atm, so semi-active (my ao accounts are still active). I still play AO now and then but not as much as before.

If me beeing prez and mia-playing-wow gets a problem, i guess we need solv it. I do log in now and then and usually check bot-chat daily and I might be back more in AO when i get bored of WoW ...

kindred is not at it's top but AO isn't either (lazy ass pres don't help either), been a bit empty lately (mostly smurf and andaho online )

Well, I am curently playing Mass Effect 2. I started and now I got to finish one complete game before I can get away from it...
Probably be done soon, and when I am going to play AO I am usually on 1 of the 2 toons I got. I play 150 omni advy to farm axp/creds.
And I want to finish NT as fast as possible, but I am stuck on inferno missions and lft is not the way to go. I always end up dualling verps
toons to start teams and get my NT advance in levels. Since I am not always up for dualling I am mainly playing on advy. I am not doing
it for the money.......... I am doing ot for a shitload of money!

And to backup Z. He has done his prez stuff for the year already. He cleaned out some inactive shop. It only took me one request and he done
it nearly right away.

People being online. Andaho is mainly showing to kill another Cerubin or a 60-ish raid. Sometimes he craps around on his fix I believe.
Z shows now and then and logs like 4 toons to make it look like TK is very active ^^
Verp is a little bored atm and messing around elsewhere and very rarely do something AO like.
Wierz logs on occasion and does... stuff.
Blak logs regularly on his clannies.
Mardel also shows when he has drained his wife's perception and can stay hidden for a few hours.
Seems an older (Unknown to me, 1-2y old) TK member came back after a 1 year break and is getting to know AO again. Not sure if he will attent active.
Alex showed like 1 or 2 times in my late night runs. No idea if he really plays.
Nidia is playing Eve Online ona crap computer. AO feels a bit old to him.... probably his early midlife crisis. Or he adapted to the wining
the English always do. Maybe he caught the Raptor-virus.
Valhallah, not really TK member, is on at some evenings to get her Pande phatz. Ofcourse as lft is on all levels atm, not gonna happen unless you
try and take initiative. Raidbots seem to raid on unfriendly Europe times.

Think those are the people I seen in my freetime. My boss is currently discussing another job for me at a connected company or something.
I think I will soon be on my weekend only times.

About recruitment. None is currently recruiting and I do not believe we can expect much interest. Hardly any TK members online and not much going
on anyways. To be honest, I am already glad I can use my time to get my own toons done.. would not really like to use it for others benefit also.

I make it on when I can... I as always, have a lot of stuff going on in my life.

I'm on 3F vent a lot these days even when I'm not on AO... I got a WoW account to help my GF lvl in that game... she does not like AO at all thinks it looks awful.

the main thing stopping me from playing hard core is lack of teams doing content I want... Shens and the such, I fell behind after LE was released and with all the that item crap coming out over patch Alex just fell too far behind. AO does not have the community to maintain newer people building up the content unless you are in some big omni/clan org.

I have my accounts active and they come up for renewal in the summer.. I'm holding out for the Balance changes and the new engine to see if that will bring some life into the game.

I still tell non AO players my stories of my beginning AO days when the main core of people where still active and we all teamed together... Hecks, City Raids, BS... We where a good unit and where pretty unstoppable when we had a full team with TK... I'd like to see those days again.

But then we'd need people like David back as well... man could that guy play a doctor.

Anywho I will always try to make it on when I can but time is tight and the bot is quite quiet atm.

honestly im confused.
there are two reasons.
first is.. yes. Mass Effect. TK got contaminated by this disease i must admit, but hopefully it lasts only few days and causes only minor insomia. I'm afraid Wierz got it too, tho.

the secon reason is... FWM. ctulthu-damnit.
it seems that Means is feeding the community, with the great words. After each friday i feel my AO-morale restored, even if there is no proof, or its just a stupid excuse and picture of spider.
Honestly. Do you kindreds think its all lies and FC just decided to take 'hold them down for few months then cancel it all and close the servers' approch? I can understand that AO-staff is small, but..

look at the link in first reply, and see the stuff one guy done.
you can think, it doesnt take so much time and stuff to do minor upgrades that WILL definetly show that there is a progres, or just refresh the whole thing enough for players to survive a bit more.

what are your thoughts?


ah and to sum it up.
im back in ao for undisclosed time. i shall be around .... enough.

that game looks good and I've been keeping tabs on it, there is a bunch of irl friends that are trying to get beta keys and we are all rolling templar.

My thoughts ?

My computer is definitely on the end on its life. I doesn't handle Mass Effect 1 properly, I mean, I can play okay on min resolution, but... yea min res and random hanging mid dialogue.

I'm not very far, got Liara, done side quests and in the middle of "Geth attack". What prevent me from playing is that I got real work.

About AO, I think Means is real. He's really hyped about his game. And they are pushing... as much as his skeleton team can do.

Dailies are definitely in a few weeks. Other stuff is huge work and are better released together. I mean, imagine how the game will go with a good engine with piss poor learning curve, good learning curve and band aid pvp endgame, good balance with bad graphics... They rely on each other somehow.

TK Inf grind, why not (I have nothing good to win out of sk however). I never seen the team dark ruins too, and my trader struggle to level.

Well, I had finished ME 1 several times already and with different choices and such. Finished ME 2 in 3 days with doing all missions and watching all
conversations. Going to do another round some day with different choices, but will wait some time. I remember the current story too well already.
They sure left open some storylines that will definitely get me and others hyped for ME 3.

Back to AO and rushing levels on my NT. Need to have a 220 back as soon as possible .
Got my 150 advy for some s10 fun and raiding. Need funding somewhere and he is my best choice so far.

Dark Ruins Z, Andaho and me tried. Z's 174 doc, Ando's 18x advy and my 150 advy. Clearing takes time and is not hard.
After the boring part we got to face the Goddess spirit and with the adds she spawns.......... In short, she was a bitch!
Ando's pride got hurt and logged after dying. Z and me gave it a longer go and as long as one was inside the playfield stayed the same.
Untill we both died by too many adds to fight the playfield reset and we decided to give it another try with a different team. Hoping crats
can calm adds, Else we just need DD to take care of them.

They hit hard. 1k and some 2k and even with Acrobat perks active they were a pain to evade. The most annoying adds she spawns are spirits
with their DoT's of 340 a tick and also draining your nanopool rapidly.

So, now that we are getting more active members again, Astra found money in his couch and Tailor/Maussi returning we are getting a more TK-ish
team setup again. Currently Astra is carrying Wierz with him in inf to get him in a more useful place and Andaho finally made his way to Ergo (inf) also.
Hoping we'll be able to make decent teams again for some org raiding. Seems Bolt will have to persuade (paragon/Renegade) his wife that AO does not need to look good, since we have the best and most fun people in org to completely forget about that.
